Midland brake booster Rebuild kit, 3rd generation
Part number: PBMC10200-B1 for Mopar or Ford - 2 or 4  stud master cylinder style.
kit is for 8 1/2" Diameter booster 
Kit contains all consumable parts that need to be replaced 
 
 
Please note that the new diaphragms in this kit must be transferred to your existing metal support plates after you remove the old diaphragms in your booster.
The support plate needs to be slightly separated to remove old diaphragm, then the new diaphragm can be installed. 
The metal plates need to be re-crimped at this point to avoid an internal vacuum leak
